Mission Statement

Minnesota Farm Bureau is an advocate for agriculture
driven by the beliefs and policies of our members.

Welcome to the Minnesota Farm Bureau

Farm Bureau is an organization guided and directed by our nearly 30,000 member families – teachers, farmers, community leaders, husbands, wives, parents and business owners. Each one is concerned about their children, families, communities and making Minnesota a great place to live and work.

We exist to serve members because we share the values they hold dear – hard work, love of community, passion for the land and belief rooted in faith and family. Our services, programs and benefits are rooted in the cause, concerns and needs that are important to our members based on their beliefs and values.

Attend the 2016 Minnesota Farm Bureau Annual Meeting

The Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation (MFBF) Annual Meeting will be November 17-19 at the DoubleTree Hotel in Bloomington. The meeting will have a variety of sessions on agricultural issues, leadership development, the Young Farmers & Ranchers (YF&R) contests and award banquets. John Kriesel will be the keynote speaker at the noon luncheon on Saturday, November 19. In 2006, Kriesel nearly lost his life to a 200-pound roadside bomb in the parched sands of Iraq, but battlefield angels in army uniforms kept him breathing long enough to reach a field hospital. He died three times and was shocked back to life. Somehow he survived through four hospitals, 35 surgeries and months of recovery.
