The purpose of the Young Farmers & Ranchers Program is to contribute to the effectiveness of the overall Farm Bureau program by educating young farmers about the purpose and functions of Farm Bureau, by providing opportunities for young farmers to participate in the Farm Bureau program and by preparing them to assume roles of leadership within the organization.
