Farm Bureau State Fair Flower Display is Pollinator Friendly

The Minnesota Farm Bureau Federation (MFBF) has planted a flower display that is appealing to pollinators such as bees. This is just an example of the on-going effort farmers are taking to provide more plants for pollinators. Pollinators are an essential part of our ecosystem as they improve the environment and help sustain the food supply.

MFBF will also be sharing our farmers’ stories with new signage displayed throughout the booth, and the opportunity for fairgoers to talk to a farmer.

The MFBF State Fair building is located at 1305 Underwood Street, directly across from the Food Building and behind the giant slide. The State Fair runs August 25–September 5. Come out and see our pollinator flower display and other traditions at the MFBF State Fair building!
