Farmers and county Farm Bureaus across Minnesota are encouraged to apply for the County Activities of Excellence (CAE) program. This national contest is designed to celebrate and recognize successful county programs and activities. With a focus on the priority issues of the organization, this program accepts applications in the categories of Education and Ag Promotion, Member Services, Public Relations and Information, Leadership Development and Policy Implementation.
Up to 24 county Farm Bureaus from across the nation will be selected to present a display of their winning activity during the 2015 AFBF Annual Meeting Tradeshow, January 9-11, 2015, in San Diego, California. Those counties selected will receive $2,250 toward expenses incurred to participate in the CAE program.
County Activities of Excellence rules and entry forms can be found at www.fb.org/cae. Entries must be electronically submitted to the Minnesota Farm Bureau at firstname.lastname@example.org by September 5.
